For The Sol Yoga was created to help women reconnect with themselves through movement, mindfulness, and intention.
Rooted in the belief that healing begins within, our classes blend gentle strength and soulful stillness—allowing space for restoration, release, and self-discovery.

Founded by Nurse Practitioner and yoga instructor Tumesha Williams, For The Sol Yoga honors the whole woman—body, mind, and spirit. Whether you’re a beginner exploring your first flow or seeking to deepen your practice, each session is designed to meet you where you are, offering a safe and supportive space to just be.

My Approach

Movement is more than physical, it's emotional, spiritual, and deeply personal. I create a welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are. There’s no pressure to be perfect, only an invitation to feel, release, and grow.

You don’t need to “fix” anything. You just need to meet yourself where you are and give yourself permission to be present.
